  1. Introduction

PixelPeli (“Marketplace”) is an online platform operated by TaigaTrust Oy, Business ID [3377455-5], based in Helsinki, Finland. The Marketplace connects private individuals and businesses who wish to sell or purchase used video games, consoles, and accessories.

By using the Marketplace, you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. Role of TaigaTrust Oy • TaigaTrust Oy provides the technical platform only. • We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. • We do not own, inspect, or guarantee listed items. Responsibility for listings lies with the seller.

  2. User Accounts • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. • Users are responsible for all activity under their account.

  3. Listings and Transactions • Sellers must ensure that items are accurately described and lawful to sell. • Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase. • Payments are processed via third-party providers integrated into the Marketplace. • TaigaTrust Oy may provide dispute resolution support but is not obliged to resolve disputes.

  4. Fees • Marketplace fees (if applicable) are disclosed before a transaction is finalized. • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: • Sell counterfeit, pirated, or illegal products. • Use the Marketplace for fraud, spam, or abusive conduct. • Circumvent the platform’s payment system.

  1. Liability • The Marketplace is provided “as is” without warranties. • TaigaTrust Oy is not liable for damages arising from user transactions. • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the last 12 months.

  2. Governing Law and Disputes • These Terms are governed by Finnish law and EU law. • Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
